Since its formation in 2012, Imagino has created meeting places where theater, music, and art are woven together in interaction with the audience.

Imagino invites you into a magical world where everyone has the opportunity to be part of the performance. The storytelling has the ability to build bridges between people and reminds us of the inner worlds that we all have access to. Through music, play, and artistic expression, a responsive communication and creative expression are explored.

Smultronstället

Children Theather (Järna 2013)

In 2013, we received a grant from Södertälje Municipality to produce a theater performance for children.

The performance highlighted the contrast between the city and the forest environments, sparking fascination for the wondrous world of nature. Throughout the show, the audience was invited onto the stage to actively participate in the story. With simple props, costumes, sound collages, and acoustic music, we created an imaginative atmosphere.

Intergalactic space adventure

storytelling walk (Skattungbyn 2017)

During the Inspirationsfestival in Skattungbyn, Imagino held a storytelling walk for children of all ages. Festival-goers had the opportunity to wander around the festival area and meet various characters, including Sagosho, Rymdfågeln (Space Bird), Professor Klur, Farbror Ur (Uncle Ur), and the extraterrestrial Babombao. Together, they helped Babombao return to her planet, Bubbelonia.

Piratföreställning

Children theather (Limmared 2019)

Imagino created a pirate-themed performance in conjunction with the opening of Limmared's new playground. It was an interactive performance where the playground transformed into a pirate ship, and the children had to solve riddles to unlock the magical treasure chests.

Julens hjärta

Children theather (Uddebo 2019)

Imagino presents: The Heart of Christmas, a theatrical performance that takes us on a journey through magical worlds filled with music, humor, mystery, and magic. Through darkness and light, from stars to forests, a story is told— the story of finding one's way home to warmth and togetherness that makes the heart of Christmas shine. Everyone is welcome.

In December 2019, Världshuset welcomed all the 4–5-year-olds from Tranemo municipality. They had received a magical letter with an invitation to an adventure and a very important mission: to save Christmas. Together with enchanting characters, they embarked on a journey into the darkest room in the house, where they would spread light and ignite the heart of Christmas!

Gränsöverskridande staket

Children theather (Uddebo 2020)

"Gränsöverskridande Staket" was a creative school project in which Imagino traveled around the preschools of Tranemo municipality with a performance focused on boundaries, sustainability, and upcycling. Professor Klur transformed trash into decorations that adorned the preschool outdoor areas. Mumrik, a gardener who arrived on a bamboo bicycle, brought along an apple tree that was planted in the preschool gardens. Uncle Lur was lured out of his screen-induced hypnosis by a magical flute, and Miss Ur was an artistic punk who collected treasures, which she kept in her magical cart.

Omskaparna

Theather / Workshops schooltour (Tranemo 2021)

In the summer of 2021, Imagino participated in a transformation project, traveling around the middle schools of Tranemo municipality to provide creative lessons about sustainability and the Earth's limited resources. We worked with the four elements as the central theme: Earth was represented through creative writing, Air through movement, Water through music, and Fire through a collective demonstration on the schoolyard. In the Water group, where I worked alongside Thea Åslund, we set up a musical instrument buffet, played a water synthesizer, and discussed water as a vital resource on Earth.
